Thank you so much for your kind words, Karen!

Let me first start by saying if it wasn't for the excellent, late night, last minute, no pressure customer service from Issac, we wouldn't even be having this review.  Second, we came back the next day to buy a surprise older model Mercedes for my son (his first car) and although Issac was busy (much to our dissapointment of course), he took the time to greet us and make us feel welcome once again.  I should have known better, but of course we were then taken care of by yet another wonderful gentlemen, Hagen.  While EVERYONE there went out of their way to make us feel welcome, these two deserve special recognition, as they were our first point of contact!  So much so my husband went back the next very next day, traded in his prized truck and bought another Mercedes!  Both older models to be sure, but who knows what the future holds...  Doesn't get much better than that for customer satisfaction.  If you want excellent customer service and an exceptional "we can do what ever you want" kind of attitude, please don't hesitate to stop by. Say hi to Issac and Hagen for me!- Karen M
