"What a great experience! From the time we first set foot in the dealership, to the time Janica Villarde handed us our new Mercedes keys, we were treated great. Janica was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Not one time did my wife and I feel pressured. We worked with Steve with our trade in and felt it was quite fair. We worked with Dion with our financing and were quite pleased. He was able to beat our Credit Unions rate. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and patient with us.
