My wife and I were in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, and found the perfect car online with this dealership.  I sent an email query to their internet sales department, and was immediately in contact with Christian, who was very helpful in our purchase process.  I asked him pointed questions about the vehicle, including a copy of the Carfax, which he provided via email within hours.  Since we are from Sacramento, we had to set aside some time from our work schedule to check the vehicle out and take it for a test drive.  Christian was very understanding and accomodated our appointment for a few days after our query of the vehicle.  When we arrived at the dealership, everyone was pleasant, the atmosphere was clean, and the staff from the GM down the line were all helpful and professional.  Christian proceeded to show us the vehicle we inquired about, very pleased with the test drive, and we decided to purchase the vehicle.

The experience was an overall pleasant experience.  I would recommend this dealership and probably will do business with them again in the future!- John J
