"We bought our 1st Mercedes-Benz last week!  

Our salesman Roland, Kip (sales manager) and everyone at the dealership were helpful, polite and very patient (I definitely took my time deciding on exactly what I wanted). The car we chose was in Southern California and it was shipped up to Fairfield the next day!  Roland called me the instant it came in and I went to the facility as soon as I could. He spent over 1.5 hours with me going over many of the features and even linked my phone up with the car.  Kip then told me to drive the car for a week or so, then make a follow up appointment to go over any of the features that I just couldn't figure out....so I did...that appointment is tomorrow.
