I just got a pre-owned BMW 328i from this awesome dealership. I normally avoid dealerships like the plague, but I found my dream car on Craig's list and it was at this place. Fritz took my original call, and I could immediately tell he was a kind person and consummate professional. As I live 2 hours from Fairfield, I could not get up there for a week. The day I had hoped to go was Fritz' day off and he handed me over to his colleague, Justin. I ended up running out of of time to drive up that day, too, and so I spoke with Justin over the phone at length about the car. I bought it from him OVER THE PHONE! He was that awesome and that credible. And they held it for me for FOUR days! Sure enough, when I drove up to get my car four days later (even though he offered to have it delivered to me!!), the car exceeded his description of "immaculate". I would describe it as stunningly beautiful. I was greeted by name (even though no one had met me in person) as I entered the dealership and escorted to Justin who proved to be a wonderful, caring and very bright young professional. Mary, the business manager, was equally as awesome, and paved the way to a seamless, hassle free transaction. These guys even offer a 3 day 250 mile guarantee, so I could return this car if I wanted. NOT A CHANCE! But I WILL return to Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield when my husband needs to replace his car. In fact, I won't go anywhere else.
