Thank you dear supporters of Yippie Foundation!!! We had a wonderful "Building Community Together" fundraiser Friday evening at Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield. 175 folks came supporting the event. So many more supported with donated auction items, desserts, wine, goods and services and more.

A special thank you to Chef Daniel Bell for donating the wonderful array of delectable appetizers! And a huge shout-out to David Long, general manager of Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield for hosting this amazing event. And a HUGE thank you to the owners who so generously support David's good works in our community.

The event was beautiful and was the perfect venue to announce that Tim Osterhout, a general contractor, has signed on to donate much of the tenant improvements. With that amazing (miraculous?) gift, we are now able to sign the lease at 1955 W. Texas Street, next door to Nation's Burgers in the Winery Square center - Yippie!!!!

We will be having volunteer work parties – please plan to come help clean the unit, assist in the construction, bring food for the builders, and help in any way possible. We will let you know when the first “demo” party is. Thank you all! I am very humbled.
