After a rocky start, dealership really stepped up and came through.  General Manager  is great there and the Sales Manager Dearic Jackson is a rock star.  Between he and Gina Parr, they made it easy.  I find Fairfield Mercedes approach both in the service department and on the show room to be a breath of fresh air from other area dealerships.  Make sure you take advantage of the free car washes weekly! - Carl L
