"I have never been more impressed with the service I received from Mercedes Benz Tech Rob Nolan.  He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, accommodating, thorough, and patient.  I took my Mercedes SLK 350 limited in for the service clinic and was amazed at the service I received!  Rob went way above and beyond any service I have ever had.  He actually took the time to explain the inspection process, and taught me a lot about the mechanics of the car.  It was the first time anyone has ever explained the technical side of my vehicle to me.  I even learned about the diagnostic equipment!  

My car was then taken to the wash facility.  While I waited I enjoyed the impressive lounge area, and was brought a coffee.  They even have store inside with the latest MB products.  I had to purchase the rhinestone tank top.  Over all the best service experience I have ever had!  I believe they deserve a 6 star rating!

Thank Rob and Mercedes Benz of Fairfield for such a great experience.
