All new Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 2013 Interior

Courtesy of Autoblog

Three screen tests for the 2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG have been completed, and we think it's gonna be a star. As with the G55, we expect the vehicle's reputation to far outshine its sales, but with an exponentially improved interior, 544 horsepower, 560 pound-feet and better gas mileage than its less powerful predecessor, we're talking about a whole lot of shining regardless.

With a base price well into six figures, the videos are the probably the only time you will ever see a G63 anywhere near dirt or kicking up flinty black rocks. If you start saving right now, you might be able to afford to buy one of its wheels when it arrives on our shores in August, or you can check it out for free in the videos after the jump.

In celebration of Earth Day, check out the Solar Power going on at Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield!

In celebration of Earth Day we wanted to share a few things you might now know...

Did you know that Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield has a 95.5 kW-DC photovoltaic system (that’s the technical way to say we are solar powered) mounted on our roof?  Since November 2011, we have generated energy equal to that used by 307 60-watt light bulbs or, looked at another way, energy that has saved 32 TONS of CO2.  It is projected that in the first year our system will generate enough kWh to power 14 average homes and that within 20 years we will prevent emissions which would be equivalent to planting 20 acres of CO2-absorbing trees!  Check out our Solar Power tab to see more.  Then, let us how you celebrate Earth Day!
