I've taken my rare, in the USA at least, 1994 European only Sportline E420 to three other Mercedes dealerships and none of them could get the alignment correct.

Well thank God for Robert Allen! He is the Shop Forman/Lead Tech and has worked 30+ years at Mercedes Dealerships.

He showed me what was creating the problems, and what he did to fix them. He aligned every parameter of the car which on a Mercedes is something that can be done. No "toe and go" alignment joke here. This is the best my car has driven in years.

Monday Maintenance Tip: Check Your Brake Fluid

It's time for the Monday Maintenance Tip! Check your brake fluid monthly. Wipe the dirt from the master cylinder lid before you open it. If you need fluid, add the type recommended by your car’s maker. Never substitute other fluids, such as transmission or power-steering fluid. Don’t use brake fluid from a previously opened container. "On Saturday Jan20th 2012 my husband and I decided to go to the Mercedes Benz of Fairfield after we had breakfast. When we arrived we were met in front by Hagan who took us on a test drive.Oh did I tell you I was looking for a Nissan Murano I googled it and found one in fairfield. When returned from our first test drive of the Nissan Murano my husband decided he wanted to test drive a R500 Mercedes SUV.we test drove and my husband decided that is what he wanted. Hagan was a very nice person. He turned us over to Dr Jonathon Logan he helped us with the app. While we were there we came in to contact with other MB associates Kip, Lee, Bao, Gina, Deon, D-Mo,and I forgot the Managers name he came down with candy for my grandkids did I mention we had of them with us and the associates were very nice to them.
